Jason’s Bake At Home loaves are fermented for more than 24 hours using the 117-year-old bakery’s own sourdough culture. Traditionally made without yeast or additives, they have all the incredible flavour and beautifully soft, chewy texture of proper sourdough – and are ready to bake and enjoy warm from your oven in just 8-11 minutes.
The whole, unsliced boules come in two pack sizes: choose from two mini 250g loaves, perfect for tearing and sharing, dunking, dipping or toasting as part of a meal; or one larger 400g loaf that will last a few days after baking – ready for slicing to toast or for tasty sandwiches.
