&lt;p&gt;Slice the figs finely and chop the pistachios into small Pieces.

Salt, to Season&lt;br /&gt;
Method&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For the crab salad, gently mix crab meat, olive oil, chopped dill, cr&amp;egrave;me fra&amp;icirc;che and 1 teaspoon lemon juice together in a bowl.

&lt;p&gt;Toast your sourdough however you desire.

&lt;p&gt;Spread each piece of toasted sourdough with aioli.

&lt;p&gt;Then, time for the masterpiece!

&lt;p&gt;Season with salt, lemon and add a bit of dill to decorate.

&lt;p&gt;50g Walnuts, Toasted in a Hot Dry Pan and Roughly Chopped&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
4 Rosemary Sprigs, Leaves Picked and Finely Chopped&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
1 Small Garlic Clove, Chopped&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
2 tsp Runny Honey&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
50g Rocket, Roughly Chopped&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
50ml Extra-Virgin Olive Oil&lt;br /&gt;
Method&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Heat the oven to 180&amp;deg;C fan/gas 6.

&lt;p&gt;Roast for 30 minutes until the grapes are blistered and soft.

&lt;p&gt;To make the rocket pesto - blitz the walnuts, rosemary, garlic and honey together in a food processor.

&lt;p&gt;Toast your Jason&amp;rsquo;s Sourdough and spread on the rocket pesto.
