Crab and Aioli Toast


Jason’s Majestic Malted
1 Lemon 
1 Red Onion
12 Ounces Crab Meat 
4 tsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 
1 tsp Crème Fraîche 
1 tbsp Aioli
A Handful of Rocket
A Handful of Dill
Salt, to Season

For the crab salad, gently mix crab meat, olive oil, chopped dill, crème fraîche and 1 teaspoon lemon juice together in a bowl. Season to taste with salt.

Toast your sourdough however you desire. 

Spread each piece of toasted sourdough with aioli. 

Then, time for the masterpiece! Add sliced red onion, rocket and top with the crab mixture.

Season with salt, lemon and add a bit of dill to decorate.
