Ricotta, Pistachio & Fig


Jason’s Sourdough – Great White
4 tbsp Ricotta
2 Figs
Thyme Leaves
2 tsp Runny Honey

Toast your slices of Jason’s Sourdough until crisp and golden brown.

Spoon the ricotta into a bowl and whip with lemon juice for extra zing! 

Spread on a generous amount, covering the sourdough. 

Slice the figs finely and chop the pistachios into small Pieces. Add these to your slices.

Decorate with fresh thyme leaves and drizzled honey, delicious!
