Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese


  • Jason’s Sourdough – The Great White
  • 180g Cream Cheese 
  • 1 Lemon
  • ½ Cucumber 
  • Black Pepper 
  • 100g of Smoked Salmon
  • Dill


Toast your Jason’s Sourdough and spread on the cream cheese.

Peel the cucumber into ribbons using a vegetable peeler and add to your slices.

Top with smoked salmon.

Add a squeeze of lemon, plenty of pepper and some fresh dill.
